Having celebrated over 50 years as a family business, Impamark have supported several apprentices over the years, one of which is now a valued member of the team. In 2017, Holly joined us as a Business and Administration Apprentice. Since then, she has completed both her Level 2 & Level 3 and was awarded ACL’s ‘Apprentice of the Year’ in 2018 and ‘Highly Commended’ for the same category in 2019. It was at the same time, Impamark was awarded ‘Employer of the Year’. Since then, she has undertaken two industry qualifications (Trained in Promotional Merchandise and Certified in Promotional Merchandise).

             

With the support of Essex County Council’s Apprenticeship programme, the successful candidate will study for their Level 2 Customer Service or their Level 3 Business and Administration qualification (depending on experience with a start date between April – September). Alongside your studies, you’ll be assisting the sales team on a daily basis with general office duties such as:

  • Using company’s contact management system to keep client base, supplier base and products updated
  • Assisting with targetted client mail-outs (brochures/samples etc)
  • Sorting out incoming & outgoing post
  • Sending out catalogues, letters or samples
  • Answering the phone & sending emails when required
  • Heavy focus on social media
  • Speaking with new and existing clients
  • Attend customer table top exhibitions & trade shows with the sales team (if required)

Plus, you’ll have the opportunity to grow within the promotional merchandise industry with further training and qualifications!

As this is an apprenticeship vacancy, the minimum wage is currently £4.81 an hour. However, depending on experience and age, this is negotiable.

IMPAMARK SUPPLY COMMEMORATIVE PAPERWEIGHT AND TIE FOR THE BOY’S BRIGADE UK

2013 marks the Centenary of the King’s Badge for the Boy’s Brigade UK

Following the proposal in 1913 from the Glasgow Battalion Council for the award of a King’s Badge, the Brigade Executive applied to the King for permission and it was granted. Thus came into being the Brigade’s highest award

Impamark were chosen to supply two commemorative items for the Centenary of this prestigious award – a woven tie and an engraved paperweight

The regulations for the granting of the award stated:

  • The applicant must be recommended by his own Company Captain as suitable, and must be not less than 16 years of age.
  • He must have served for three complete sessions and be of Non-Commissioned rank.
  • He must have at least 90 per cent of full attendance marks during the above period at not less the 25 meetings each for-(a)Drill, and (b) Bible-Class or Sunday School.
  • He must hold a Non-Commissioned Officers’ Certificate of Proficiency obtained after examination.
  • He must hold at least two out of the following four:- (a) First and Second year’s Ambulance Certificates. (b) First-Class Swimming Certificate. (c) First Class BB Scout’s Certificate. (d) Signaller’s, Bugler’s or Band Badge.

 

Impamark is extremely proud to have worked with the Boy’s Brigade for over 20 years, and last year produced several souvenirs for them to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee as she is their patron . Personalised merchandise produced by Impamark for this auspicious occasion included an engraved metal keyring , a branded pen, a printed china mug and a personalised pencil

With the New Year slipping slowly behind us, we are having a big push on the IT front.

The new website now enables you to select products for which you want a quote. We also have an online chat/help facility which even we think is really quite cool. Come and talk to us about your requirements !

Please feel free to visit the new site. If you find any bugs or think we could do something better then let us know and we’ll dig in to the code and change. It’s your site as well as ours, and it is no use if users don’t like it !!!
