This achievement reflects Impamark’s ongoing commitment to responsible business practices and its dedication to continuous improvement across environmental, ethical, and supply chain standards and puts Impamark in top 35% of promotional product suppliers across the UK.

The EcoVadis assessment evaluates companies on a broad range of criteria, including environmental impact, labour and human rights, ethics, and sustainable procurement. Receiving the Bronze Medal places Impamark among a growing community of organisations striving to make measurable, positive contributions to sustainability.

Impamark takes particular pride in working closely with manufacturers with shared sustainable values, while reducing environmental impact through shorter supply chains and improved transparency.

Impamark was delighted to host its much-anticipated Client Day at the Senator UK Pen factory in Harlow, bringing together a fantastic mix of customers and suppliers for an inspiring and engaging behind-the-scenes experience at one of the UK’s leading pen manufacturing facilities.

Originally planned for February 2025, the event was rescheduled following unforeseen circumstances earlier in the year. The September gathering marked a welcome return to face-to-face events and an opportunity to reconnect with clients and partners in a meaningful and memorable way.

Attendees were given exclusive access to the full production process behind Senator UK’s renowned writing instruments. The factory tours offered valuable insight into the innovation, sustainability, and attention to detail that define the Senator brand.

Impamark extends a sincere thank you to Senator UK for their warm hospitality and for generously opening the doors to their world-class facility. Their support played a key role in making the event such a success.

This week, the Impamark team had the rare privilege of attending an invite-only evening at one of Britain’s most iconic landmarks – the Tower of London. Access to this exclusive event began with a fascinating guided tour led by a Yeoman Warder, offering privileged insights into the Tower’s rich history, traditions, and secrets. Guests were then granted the exceptional opportunity to witness the world-famous Ceremony of the Keys, a tradition that has taken place every single night without fail for over 700 years, safeguarding the Tower and its treasures.

To complete this remarkable experience, the team was welcomed at the historic Keys Bar, where their gracious host, Yeoman Warder Ryan ‘Barney’ Barnett, ensured the evening was both memorable and enjoyable. This private gathering provided an unparalleled opportunity to connect with the Yeoman Warders in such a unique setting – an honour the whole team will long cherish.

Impamark has a long and proud history of working with the Yeoman Warders, who remain one of their longest-standing and most valued customers. Over the years, they have supported them with a wide range of branded products celebrating their heritage and service. To see the Yeoman Warders in their historic home, and to witness first-hand a tradition they continue to uphold with such pride, was a truly special moment.

Impamark is delighted to welcome Maddi, our new Junior Office Assistant, who joins us today as part of our ongoing commitment to developing young talent and supporting professional growth through apprenticeships.

Maddi will be working closely with our experienced team, gaining valuable hands-on experience across all areas of the business while pursuing her Business and Administration studies with ACL Essex. This dual approach will provide her with both academic and practical knowledge, setting a solid foundation for a successful future career.

Our relationship with ACL (Adult Community Learning) Essex is one we are incredibly proud of. In fact, Impamark was honoured to receive the ACL Essex Employer of the Year Award in 2019 – a recognition that continues to reflect our dedication to fostering learning and development within the workplace.

Maddi’s journey will be supported and guided by Flora, who completed her Level 3 Business Administration apprenticeship in January 2024, earning Distinctions across the board. Flora’s own apprenticeship success story makes her an ideal mentor to help Maddi thrive in her new role.
