Locked Down but still working

Impamark are still working!

Despite the National Lockdown we are still able to operate normally

Following the government announcement last night regarding the new National Lockdown, we wish to reassure you that in spite of our offices being closed, we are open for business and are fully operational with staff working from home.

Our phones are all diverted to our home offices and we are still able to process your enquiries and orders for both branded merchandise and PPE.

If your workplace is still open we have access to all PPE so please just contact us for current prices and lead times.

Any orders placed after this date will not be delivered until some time in March.

Christmas Shutdown 2020

Impamark Christmas Shutdown 2020

Impamark will be closed from:
Tuesday 22nd December at 5.00 p.m.
until Monday 4th January at 09.00 a.m.

As 2020 draws to a close we reflect on what has been an unprecedented year for us all.

Impamark worked continuously throughout the lockdowns.

Through our existing supply chains in UK, Europe and the Far East, we were able to provide much needed PPE to Hospices, Care Homes, Councils, Schools and Organisations.

We built a new PPE Website back in April and have made several donations of masks, aprons, gloves and sanitiser dispensers to support those who need it.

In addition we have also contributed to the Captain Tom Foundation by donating from hand sanitiser sales.

Who could have possibly anticipated that our top selling promotional product for 2020 would be a reusable face mask? We have sold tens of thousands!

One of our favourite orders was for The British Wildlife Trust and the masks we produced for them were featured in the Daily Mail as worn by Dame Judi Dench!

In March, literally as we went into lockdown, we had the best news ever that Holly had passed her Level 3 NVQ in Business and Administration with distinction!
We are extremely proud of Holly’s achievements in the past 3 years she has been with us.

With Covid the company re-organised itself and Holly now has a new digital marketing role. Not only does she manage all of our social media channels, she has been instrumental in building both the PPE website, and upgrading our new specialist site for the Armed Forces !!

We would like to remind you that Chinese New Year, (CNY) is 12th February 2021 which will mean that orders for delivery pre CNY will need to be placed before 8th January.

Any orders placed after this date will not be delivered until some time in March.

At the time of writing we still do not know the effect that Brexit will have on our Industry.

We are working with all of our suppliers to try and ensure there is minimum possible disruption so that we can still deliver our high standards of service that you expect.

From our discussions, we do not anticipate there being any major changes with our Far Eastern suppliers, with the possible exception of delays in ports due to stockpiling and COVID.

Our UK suppliers will also remain largely unaffected as long as they can obtain the basic stock.

However, our European suppliers may be another story, and we will have to report back on this once we know for definite whether we have a deal or not.

We are not sending any Christmas gifts this year. We have chosen to donate to a local food bank instead. The Dengie Food Pantry are working tirelessly over the Festive period to ensure the local community have the food they need to support their families.

On behalf of the Impamark team I would like to thank you for your continued support throughout 2020 in what has been an extremely difficult year.

We wish you a great festive season and best wishes for 2021. Let’s hope that next year is a little calmer for us all!!

Impamark Approved – Face Coverings

Keys, wallet, phone… and face covering!

Who’d have ever imagined face coverings would be such an integral part of 2020? We sure didn’t!

To help you out, we decided to do a short summary of 5 face coverings that have proved popular with our clients. Oh, and if you would like to see them in action (we even purchased a model head!), check out our video which will be linked at the end of this post.

Mask 1)

Made from 95% polyester and 5% elastane, these face coverings are single layer with integrated ear loops. They can be branded with just a single colour print but they can also take a full colour print.

They are all individually packaged and available in white, blue, red, green and pink.

Mask 2)

Made from 95% polyester, these face coverings are a 3 layer pleated covering with elasticated ear loops. 2 layer cotton and 1 layer non woven material, they can be branded up to 3 spot colours or can be embroidered with your logo.

Including the black mask pictured, these come in a choice of 20 different colours.

Mask 3)


Available in a choice of 2 or 3 layers, this face covering offer a more fitted style. Top layer polyester and bottom layer(s) cotton, they all come with a choice of ear loops – fabric or elastic.All of these coverings can be matched to any pantone reference which ensures consistency with your brand guidelines.

Mask 4)


Another 3 layer face covering made from 100% recycled cotton. They use silver ion antibacterial technology to remove odour and keep mask feeling fresh.They all come with adjustable ear loops and are available in 9 standard colours. However, if you are after a different colour, we can see what we can do!

Mask 5)

With a choice of 1 or 2 layers, these face coverings come in 2 different styles. A more fitted shape (left) and a general covering style (right). Both come with elasticated ear loops and can take a full colour print as standard.

In addition, they can be printed to both sides so different designs can be achieved on alternative sides!
