Impamark is proud to celebrate an exceptional period of industry recognition across 2023, 2024 and 2025. In November 2023, we had the honour of attending the prestigious Advantage Group Members Day, where industry leaders came together to celebrate excellence and collaboration. At this event, Impamark was awarded a Commended Award, voted for by our valued suppliers - an achievement that builds on our previous recognition as Advantage Group Members of the Year 2019–2020 and reflects our ongoing commitment to exceptional service and strong industry partnerships. The event also provided a wonderful opportunity for our UK and Spanish teams to come together and celebrate our shared success.

We were delighted to continue this momentum by being awarded Highly Commended Distributor of the Year at the 25th Advantage Members Meeting in November 2025, an honour that means a great deal to us and for which we are sincerely grateful to our suppliers for their continued support. This recognition highlights the dedication of our team and the strength of the Advantage Buying Group, enabling us to deliver innovative, up-to-date product solutions at competitive pricing.

Further reinforcing our position as an industry leader, Impamark was also named Distributor of the Year at the prestigious Top 25 Sourcing City Awards in December 2023 and again in 2024 and 2025, marking our third consecutive year receiving this accolade. These achievements reflect the hard work, passion, and dedication of our entire team.

None of this would be possible without the continued support of our incredible team members, suppliers, and clients, and we extend our sincere thanks to each and every one of you as we celebrate these milestones together.

    

Nicky Crisp Shortlisted for ‘Female Ambassador of the Year’ Award

Impamark was thrilled to announce in November 2024 that our Managing Director, Nicky Crisp, has been shortlisted for the prestigious ‘Female Ambassador of the Year’ Award at this year’s Great British Business Woman Awards. This recognition reflects Nicky’s exceptional contributions to the industry over her nearly four-decade career.

In 2024 Nicky celebrated her 36th year in the industry, her leadership has been pivotal to Impamark’s success, guiding the family-run business through challenges while upholding our core values. This year also marks a significant milestone as we celebrate our 55th anniversary.

Nicky expressed her excitement, stating, “I am both surprised and thrilled to learn that I have been shortlisted for this award alongside five other incredible women. This news is particularly meaningful as we celebrate our 55th anniversary, reflecting our company’s legacy and the collective efforts of our team. I look forward to championing positive change in our industry.”

In 2019 Impamark were extremely honoured to win the ACL (Adult Community Learning) Essex Employer of the Year Award Employer of the Year Award.  This recognition holds a special place in our hearts as it highlights our long-standing partnership with ACL, an organisation we have been collaborating with for several years.  

In January 2024, our apprentice Flora completed her Level 3 apprenticeship in Business Administration and was awarded Distinctions across the board!  Further to this, in 2018 our apprentice Holly was awarded 'Apprentice of the Year' whilst studying for her Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration and in 2019.  The year 2019 brought even more reasons to celebrate as Holly continued to shine in her professional journey.  She was awarded the highly esteemed distinction of being "Highly Commended" for her outstanding performance in the Level 3 NVQ, further reflecting her unwavering commitment to personal and professional growth.
