In line with the BPMA StepForward Pledge, 2025 saw the launch of our Carbon Conscious initiative – our commitment to promoting sustainable choices through responsibly sourced, low-impact merchandise, including a strong focus on Made in Britain products that help reduce transport emissions; we are committed to continuing this initiative into 2026 and beyond.

This year, we also welcomed Maddi to our Impa-family as part of our continued investment in developing young talent through apprenticeships. Maddi has already shown great enthusiasm and potential, and we look forward to seeing what she achieves in 2026.

We are also delighted to announce that Impamark was awarded the tender in July this year for the compulsory supply of promotional merchandise to the National Union of Students (NUS). We look forward to continue supporting Student Unions across the UK with high-quality, ethically sourced branded products designed for student life. Alongside this, our recent acceptance into AMCIS (Admissions, Marketing and Communications in Independent Schools) further strengthens our continued presence within the Education sector.

Our commitment to making a positive community impact continued in 2025 with donations to the Dengie Food Bank, The Woodland Trust and Circus Starr, a charity that brings circus experiences to children and families with a wide range of needs. We continue our corporate membership of Essex Wildlife Trust, the county’s leading conservation charity, and remain dedicated supporters of the Burnham-on-Crouch Carnival, one of the country’s longest-running carnivals. This year, we also donated festive reindeers to the Broomfield Hospital Children’s departments and Little Havens Hospice, which provides specialist support for babies, children and young people with complex and incurable conditions.

With Chinese New Year many factories across the Far East will close between 17th February and 3rd March 2026, which may cause production and shipping delays. To ensure your merchandise arrives on time, we encourage customers to place orders early so we can secure production slots and avoid disruption. If you have projects planned for early 2026, now is the ideal time to get them underway!

We were delighted to finish the year on a high when, Impamark was awarded ‘Highly Commended Distributor of the Year’ at the 25th Advantage Members Meeting, Showcase & Awards Evening. This recognition means a great deal to us, and we are incredibly grateful to our suppliers for their votes and continued support. It’s an honour that reflects the hard work of our team and our commitment to delivering exceptional service throughout the year. But that’s not all! Impamark was honoured once again after being named a winner in the prestigious ‘Distributor of the Year’ category at the Top 25 Sourcing City Awards. This marks the third consecutive year we’ve received this accolade, reinforcing our position as an industry leader and reflecting the hard work and dedication of our entire team.
