Nicky has over 28 years experience within the promotional merchandise industry.
She took over the business on her parents’ retirement 12 years ago in June 2006.
Nicky is a hands on MD and has day to day involvement with many clients. Nicky enjoys her 3 rescue dogs, wine tasting, aqua gym and walking.
Nicky loves travelling and has become an avid snorkeller fulfilling her passion for wildlife in the ocean. In 2018 Impamark joined the campaign to save our environment from plastic, a cause very close to her heart.
Married to Nicky, John has worked at Impamark for over 15 years. John’s specialism is IT.
Working originally in sales and then subsequently in administration, artwork and IT within the business, John’s time is now mainly spent on systems and software for the business, networking our UK and Spanish offices and managing the company websites.
John has spent many years supporting and contributing to FOSS, and is closely involved in the building of Koozali SME server, along with several other Open Source projects.
SALES & FINANCE ADMINISTRATOR
Cathy joined the Impamark Team in June 2016 and this year celebrated 2 years with the company.
Having over 15 years of Sales Experience and 9 years in an accounts environment, Cathy is a great asset to the team working in both Sales and Accounts.
Cathy has lived locally for all her life starting in Burnham and moving to Southminster 13 years ago. After having spent 9 years working in Chelmsford she is very happy to be working locally with Impamark.
Cathy enjoys time with her family and her 3 Dogs!!! She has also been part of Latchingdon Arts and Drama Society for 30 years, enjoying treading the boards and more recently Directing plays!!
SALES & ADMIN ASSISTANT
Denise is based at our Spanish office and Impamark is a huge change for her from her previous roles within the healthcare industry.
Denise supports Nicky on a day to day basis and her focus is on sales and sales order processing.
Out of work Denise enjoys the Spanish countryside and way of life.
SALES ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Ian has worked in our UK office for over a year now which has expanded his product knowledge and is now studying for his TPM qualification. With a background in heavily focused customer service jobs for nearly 20 years covering retail, wholesale, manufacturing, photographic and digital imaging processes he is able to help customers choose the right products for their needs.
Living in Burnham, he spends his time doing family activities with his partner and daughter and enjoys DIY and cars.
JUNIOR OFFICE ASSISTANT
Joined as an apprentice in September 2017 after completing A Levels in Travel and Tourism, Psychology, Health and Social Care and IT.
She has recently completed her Level 2 Business and Administration Apprenticeship and was awarded Essex County Council’s Apprentice of The Year for 2018. As a result, she is now progressing onto her Level 3.
In addition, she is also currently studying for her TPM qualification, an industry standard qualification, which certified her in having been trained in promotional merchandise.
Living in Burnham for the majority of her life, she enjoys spending quality time with her friends and family, going to the gym, shopping and cinema trips.
