6th March<\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.maldonandburnhamstandard.co.uk\/news\/24990363.burnham-firm-new-premises-devastating-fire\/\">https:\/\/www.maldonandburnhamstandard.co.uk\/news\/24990363.burnham-firm-new-premises-devastating-fire\/<\/a><\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_2429\" style=\"width: 972px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-2429\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-2429\" src=\"https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664.jpg\" alt=\"Impamark New Premises\" width=\"962\" height=\"698\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664.jpg 962w, https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664-300x218.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664-150x109.jpg 150w, https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664-768x557.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.impamark-promotional-merchandise.co.uk\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/03\/19179664-624x453.jpg 624w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 962px) 100vw, 962px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-2429\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Impamark Team<\/p><\/div>\n<p class=\"article-first-paragraph\">A long-standing company has moved into new premises just one month after a fire destroyed its previous unit in Burnham.<\/p>\n<div id=\"po-inline-articlegate-partialarticle\">\n<div id=\"subscription-content\">\n<p>Impamark Prestige Merchandise has announced that it has moved into new offices at Unit 6, Dammerwick Farm, after a fire left its previous unit in ruins.<\/p>\n<p>The blaze broke out in a neighbouring unit at Dammerwick Farm, Burnham, on Friday, January 24.<\/p>\n<p>Fire crews&nbsp;worked&nbsp;to surround the blaze, with residents nearby warned to keep all windows and doors shut due to &#8220;a lot of smoke coming from the scene&#8221;.<\/p>\n<div id=\"inArticleAd-1\" data-name-place=\"DFP_outbrain\">\n<aside>\n<div class=\"OUTBRAIN\" data-ob-contenturl=\"https:\/\/www.maldonandburnhamstandard.co.uk\/news\/24990363.burnham-firm-new-premises-devastating-fire\/\" data-ob-installation-key=\"NEWSQ15BEE3GLF6A6AL9EECN9\" data-widget-id=\"AR_2\">&nbsp;<\/div>\n<\/aside>\n<\/div>\n<p>A total of ten crews from across Essex spent almost 24 hours helping to extinguish the fire.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"inline-image-caption\">The burnt out premises in Burnham <em>(Image: Impamark)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Despite the disruption, the company, with the support of its landlords, Strutt and Parker, was able to minimise the impact.<\/p>\n<p>The new office space was transformed in record time, enabling the team to return to full operations on schedule.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, managing director Nicky Crisp said: &#8220;I have been super impressed by the ability of our team to adapt to this very challenging situation.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We have had virtually no downtime and have been working together to move as quickly as possible into our new premises.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I would like to thank Strutt and Parker, our landlords, who have assisted us to minimise our time without an office to just over one month.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;In that time our new offices have been transformed ready for us to move into on the same estate which has also been badly affected by the fire.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Nicky also remarked on the &#8220;humbling&#8221; outpouring of support from peers, clients, and partners in the promotional merchandise industry.<\/p>\n<p>She added: &#8220;In addition, our industry has been truly amazing and we have received so many offers of support and help which has been truly humbling.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Finally, our clients who have been contacting us daily asking how we are and sending best wishes.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We are so happy to be back to normal operations at Unit 6 Dammerwick Farm and look forward to working with you in the very near future.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Impamark Prestige Merchandise would like to extend heartfelt thanks to everyone who has offered assistance, well wishes, and support during this time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>As reported in the Maldon and Burnham Newspaper &#8211;
