Terms & Conditions

Any work produced by Sovereign Insignia Limited, T/A Impamark, is undertaken on the company terms and conditions, a full copy of which is available upon request. The main points to be noted are as follows :

PRICES - usually include for printing, engraving or embroidery in one position and in one colour. Extra costs will be involved for additional colours and positions.

ARTWORK - is required for all processes and is charged extra if not supplied in suitable format. Artwork produced by the company is always submitted for approval before going to print - we therefore cannot be responsible for errors which may subsequently be found. SET-UP COSTS are charged extra where appropriate and will be quoted for. It is not possible to retain blocks, screens etc. for an indefinite period and new charges could therefore be incurred if a re-order is made after two years.

SMALL ORDERS - we have no minimum order value but a surcharge may be incurred for orders under £75.00

DELIVERY TIME - is variable because of the wide range of items on offer but as everything is made to order, four weeks is normal for most products although a longer time is required for some. If delivery is required for a specific deadline, we will not undertake such work unless we are confident of meeting the exact requirement but, even then, we cannot be held responsible if delays occur for reasons beyond our control. For very urgent requirements, an express order surcharge will apply.

CARRIAGE - is chargeable at cost on all orders, unless otherwise indicated. VAT at the standard rate has to be added to all prices, except children clothing.

COMMERCIAL TOLERANCE - as is usual with work of this type, orders are undertaken on the understanding that the final number supplied may be up to plus-or-minus 10% of the quantity ordered, and charged for accordingly.

COLOURS & SIZING - where sizes or capacities are given these should be taken as approximate. For most items, it is not possible to guarantee precise colour matching to Pantone shades.

COPYRIGHT - no responsibility can be accepted by the company, when acting on a customer instruction, for the infringement of any copyright or registered design.
